A Quick Business Reflection

Running a business rarely leaves much time to step back and look at the bigger picture.

This reflection gives you an opportunity to pause and consider what is happening across your business, where your attention is going and what may be getting in the way of progress.

Your responses will also contribute to The Business Foundations Project, an ongoing research initiative from The Why exploring the opportunities, challenges and patterns affecting New Zealand businesses.

Before You Begin

There are 20 questions covering your business today, how you make decisions and what you would like to improve or achieve.

There are no right or wrong answers. The value comes from considering the questions honestly.

Every reflection question is optional. Take the time you need and answer only what you feel comfortable sharing.

Privacy and Use of Your Responses

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or business name as part of this reflection.

Please avoid including names or other identifying information in your written answers.

Our survey platform creates a system record to store each completed response and records submission and page activity. It may also retain technical submission information.

Responses will be reviewed and analysed within The Business Foundations Project. Any public findings will be presented as combined themes, patterns or anonymous observations. Individual respondents or businesses will not be named without their explicit permission.
